We are on the lookout for Occupational Therapists (Band 5 and Band 6), Nurses (band 5 and Band 6 as well as specialist roles), Physiotherapists and Podiatrists as well as a whole host of other roles! We can offer full time, part time and bank shifts.

Main Responsibility
Within this role, you will:
- Deliver high quality, individualised, evidenced based care to all patients
- Teach patients, carers and peers
- Ensure that therapy input is integrated into the patients’ overall care plan
- Operate as an autonomous practitioner working without direct supervision and at times lone working
- Provide support to unqualified staff and students
- Work with managers to develop the service in line with patient need, local and national developments
- Maintain accurate records in line with local standards and The Royal college of Occupational Therapists standards.
- Maintain confidentiality, privacy and dignity of patients
- Learn, develop and adapt to change evidenced in CPD
- Operate in a team and contributing to team decisions
- Manage your own caseload and prioritise work
The Ideal Candidate
On the day we will have managers, and colleagues so you can discuss the day to day activity and see who you would be working alongside. You will be able to discuss with colleagues how they have progressed through the positions and how we have been able to support with their professional development.
