Job Introduction
Are you a compassionate Healthcare Assistant looking to make a real difference in your local community?
We are looking for a motivated and caring Healthcare Assistant to join our Community Nursing Team based at Sheppey Community Hospital.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll support Community Nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to patients in their own homes and community clinic settings across the Isle of Sheppey and surrounding areas.
