We are looking for a Community Nursery Nurse to join our Slough 0-19 (25) Integrated Service. Delivering the Healthy Child Programme
Working under the supervision of Public Health Nurses, you will contribute to the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, including developmental reviews and targeted health promotion interventions. You will help families make informed lifestyle choices by delivering evidence-based public health initiatives relating to healthy eating, immunisations, smoking cessation and wider health priorities.
Safeguarding and Clinical Practice
You will maintain a strong focus on safeguarding, recognising concerns and escalating them appropriately in line with local procedures. The role involves supporting children and young people with their developmental and health needs while ensuring confidentiality, consent and information governance requirements are always met.
Partnership Working
