You will be working as part of the NHS system in BANES where we deliver services across Bath and North East Somerset. Our hospitals are based in Paulton and Bath where we provide general medical and stroke rehabilitation for those stepping down form the acute trusts; as well as supporting our primary care colleagues with admission avoidance; stepping up from the community.
Main Responsibility
Your days will be rewarding and varied; working across both inpatient areas you will be part of a team who are passionate about the rehabilitation of their patients and always strive to ensure they regain as much independence as possible.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be passionate about working in healthcare and able to work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team. You will support the nursing staff in delivering a high standard of patient care, displaying strong communication and organisation skills at all times. Previous experience in a health or social care setting is desirable but not essential.
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
