We are now looking for Bank Healthcare Assistants to work in a community or ward setting, we are now offering a £300 welcome bonus to bank healthcare asistants who complete 100 hours of work within your first 3 months of working with us. As our services are typically 7 days a week, 24 hours a day we offer attractive enhanced hourly rates upto £16.15 an hour.
We have opportunities in St Martin's and Paulton Hospital, along with in our community hubs across BANES.
Working as a Bank Healthcare Assistant will allow you to work hours that fit around your lifestyle, along with being able to make shifts or Day Off requests prior to the creation of a roster up to six weeks in advance to allow personal commitments to be met.
Main Responsibility
Your days will be rewarding and varied; working as part of a passionate and dedicated team who are passionate about the rehabilitation of their patients and always strive to ensure they regain as much independence as possible.
The Ideal Candidate
You will be passionate about working in healthcare and able to work as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team. You will support the nursing staff in delivering a high standard of patient care, displaying strong communication skills at all times.
Previous experience in a health or social care setting is desirable but not essential.
