Main Responsibility

At Farnham you’ll join be working within a team with a "Good "CQC rating. As a Team Lead, you’ll be working as part of the wider Integrated Care Team based in Farnham , where we deliver services such as Falls, Intermediate Care, Rapid Response and Long-term Rehab. Within the wider Integrated Care team, you will work alongside, Adult social Care, Community Matrons, District Nurses , to deliver joined up care for our local community.

You will be running the day to day operations of the service, alongside the team as well as working clinically. You will offer support and supervision to other team members and work closely with the other therapy leads within the acute and community setting. You will be supporting the service manager and deputising when needed.

The Ideal Candidate

You will need to be a qualified Band 7 Therapist, with Leadership qualities and community experience preferred but no essential . You will also need to be confident using IT  and be familar with EMIS We have built organisation-wide committees in many specialist fields. You’ll have the option to join your clinical specialism, networking with professionals from across the country. We get together regularly, auditing and sharing standard methodology for innovation and service re-design. You’ll be a part of the pool of subject matter experts bringing together clinical and operational leads. You will be a part of quality improvements, research and development activity. You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
