Job Introduction

Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity? HCRG Care Group are recruiting a Support Team Administrator as part of our Multi-disciplinary Team.

As a Support Team Administrator within the Lancashire Young People and Families Service you will work as part of a 0-19 years’ team under the direction of the Team Leader.   The post holder will be expected to work in line with organisational values and behaviours delivering excellent care with compassion. 

We have a part time role available, working three days, that can be negotiated at interview - Working hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm.

The role will be based at our Lancaster Hub with the added flexibility of home working when needed (as agreed with your line manager)

As an opportunity to meet and work with your wider colleagues in our service you will be required to occasionally travel to our  Fylde & Wyre and Preston Hubs when requested.

Main Responsibility

​As a Support Team Administrator you will:

  • Attend regular meetings with team leaders to schedule and coordinate support.
  • Manage the collection and delivery of service consumables and order equipment for new starters.
  • Support team leaders with sickness absence meetings, off-duty scheduling, and audits.
  • Ensure clinical equipment servicing and maintain the asset register.
  • Handle administrative tasks: sending FFTs, booking meetings, maintaining action logs, and team information.
  • Utilize and update electronic systems (e.g., EMIS) and databases, resolving data issues as needed.
  • Network with other support workers and assist with staff inductions, training, and School Health Needs Assessments.
  • Participate in appraisals, mandatory training, and delegated tasks from team leaders.
