Are you passionate about helping children and young people develop the communication skills they need to reach their full potential?
As a Speech & Language Therapy Assistant, you will work alongside our SEND Therapies team to deliver speech and language interventions that make a meaningful difference to children with Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN).
Working under the guidance of qualified Speech & Language Therapists, you will provide regular intervention programmes in educational settings, supporting children both individually and in small groups. You'll also play an important role in developing the skills of the Team Around the Child, equipping education professionals and parents/carers with the knowledge and confidence to support communication development beyond your sessions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working with children who enjoys building relationships, working independently and making a lasting impact on young people's lives through early intervention and communication support.

Main Responsibilities
