Job Introduction
As the Service Manager for the Lancashire Child & Family Wellbeing Service administrative/care co Ordinator team and the Child Health Information System (CHIS) team. You will be part of a senior management team, who are focused on delivering an impeccable service to really make our service users and staff feel the difference.
Main Responsibility
Your days will be busy & rewarding, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the administrative function and CHIS within Lancashire. You will be responsible for implementation of service development and delivery plans and strategy for delivery of services and further implementation of a transformation programme.
Reporting to the Deputy Head of Operations, you will be a key member of the senior management team. You will manage budgets and staff in delivering the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and outcome measures. You will also be responsible for developing local relationships, including the delivery of integrated working with partners such as: primary and social care, mental health, acute services, children services, commissioners, and NHS England.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have previous supervisory management experience in a health or social care service and proven experience of the effective management of budgets & resources.
You will have excellent skills in leadership, along with written, verbal and presentational skills with ability to effectively communicate across a wide range of people and communities
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
