At HCRG Care Group, we’re looking for a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) Functional Lead to join our Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service (ECFWS). In this critical role, you will lead the SPOC function across all quadrants in Essex, ensuring consistency, service excellence, and effective change management.

This role is for 37.5 hours a week, fixed term for 12 months.

This role will require travel so a driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes are required. 

 

As a SPOC Functional Lead you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of multiskilled administrators across Essex to ensure exceptional client support and administrative performance.
  • Provide coordination and oversight of all SPOC-related functions, ensuring consistent and effective service delivery across all areas.
  • Manage capacity, team performance, workloads, and rotas across the service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including asset logs, training data, caseload mapping, and more.
  • Oversee and maintain the SystmOne system and acting as a Privacy Officer, including quality checks and data management.
  • Support performance monitoring through our systems, including reporting, password management, and records maintenance.
  • Act as the key point of contact for service improvement, identifying areas for development, and leading the implementation of new processes and technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to support service delivery.
  • Manage key functions such as health and safety reporting, information governance, complaints, and Subject Access Requests (SARs).
  • Lead on administrative tasks for meetings, including minute-taking, room bookings, and preparation.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of working in a Programme/Project Management Environment
  • Degree Level with additional experience to post graduate level or equivalent level of experience
  • Able to visit multiple sites and other organisations / attend conferences &meetings
  • Able to work flexibly and outside normal working hours if required
  • Understanding of NHS key targets and strategies
  • Flexible

  • Experience of working in an NHS environment

 

The post holder must be a car driver with a valid driving licence.
