Recruitment Coordinator

Job Introduction

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in our growing and enthusiastic Recruitment Team, helping us deliver exceptional service to our internal stakeholders. Your role will involve managing the full onboarding cycle and leading the compliance process for talented candidates who make a meaningful difference by providing essential health and care services to our communities.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Runcorn Head Office. You’ll enjoy a Monday-to-Friday schedule, and after settling in, you’ll have the flexibility of hybrid working—working from home two days a week.

Main Responsibility

As a Recruitment Co-ordinator your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Developing strong relationships with key hiring managers, keeping them updated on key recruitment activity
  • Having the autonomy to suggest and implement improved processing systems
  • Issuing contracts of employment, whilst understanding our comprehensive terms and conditions
  • Organising interviews by calling candidates directly for availability and delivering a high level of customer service throughout their onboarding process with us
  • Carrying out pre-employment checks including right to work, DBS and occupational health

The Ideal Candidate

You will be confident speaking on the phone, be pro-active and have experience completing administration tasks, along with a desire to deliver great customer service. You will be working in a team which manages a high volume of transactions and so therefore you must be comfortable working to deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities. 

You also will be able to build effective working relationships dealing with people at all levels within the business.

Essential:

  • Organisation: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation and postings.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Building strong relationships with candidates and teams.
  • Time Management: Prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS and Office software.

Desirable:

HR and or previous onboarding / recruitment experience is desirable but not essential as this role is an opportunity to gain skills and experience in this field of work.
