You will have experience in Project Leadership where you will lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, while meeting established quality and compliance standards. Being able to strategically plan and implement project plans in alignment with HCRG Care Group's strategic objectives whilst collaborating with the senior leadership to define project scope and objectives will be key within this role.

​You will need to be able to effectively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. You will foster open and clear communication with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.

This role is a remote role within Essex with flexibility around the hours that can be worked just ensuring the task is completed. We are considering both full and part time applications for this role. 

Main Responsibility

Within your role your key responsibilities will be:

  1. Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, while meeting established quality and compliance standards.

  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement project plans in alignment with HCRG Care Group's strategic objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership to define project scope and objectives.

  3. Resource Management: Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to achieve project goals. Manage resource constraints effectively.

  4. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

  5. Stakeholder Communication: Foster open and clear communication with stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regulatory bodies.

  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project outcomes meet the highest quality and regulatory standards within the healthcare industry.

  7. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation, identifying areas for optimisation and efficiency gains

The Ideal Candidate

You will have a

  • Substantial project management experience, including managing investment/critical/priority projects within in complex environments, including accountability for project managing project scoping/set up, definition/planning, delivery and closure
  • Direct management of projects requiring co-ordination and co-operation of  multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Experience using a range of business analysis skills including process mapping.
  • Evidence of creating, evaluating, monitoring and improving systems and processes
  • Financial and resource management and reporting; including project budget management, forecasting and ROI analysis 
  • Business case development and review skills/experience
  • Chairing or leading Project Board’s, meetings or workshops
  • Proven experience in leading and embedding change
  • Excellent  communication skills, written, and verbal with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to obtain clarity where there are ambiguous requirements and multiple decision makers
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel and Powerpoint (software skills) and Smartsheets
