Job Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our Transformation Team. In this role, you will work closely with senior stakeholders across HCRG Care Group to support the delivery of the B&NES, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) Community Services Transformation Programme. You will be operating as a pivotal part of our Programme Office – planning meetings, maintaining programme and project documentation, and acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders.

This is a home-based role with travel requirements depending on business priorities
Main Responsibility
In this role, you will:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas and materials are prepared on time.
- Serve as a point of contact for senior stakeholders, handling queries related to the transformation program.
- Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and cross-department coordination.
- Maintain key documentation, including project plans and risk logs.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently. A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills, you will thrive in project coordination and enjoy collaborating with a diverse team.
Essential: Experience in health or social care and project coordination, with strong organisation, time management, and the ability to work independently under pressure. Knowledge of project management methodologies, report writing, and accurate note-taking.
Desirable: A degree or equivalent qualification and experience in a fast-paced environment.
