Job Introduction
Are you a motivated Physiotherapist looking to develop your clinical skills within a supportive and forward-thinking community service?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our team based at Livingstone Community Hospital, Dartford.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll work with patients who require rehabilitation, support following illness or injury, and interventions designed to improve mobility, function and independence. You'll have the opportunity to work across a range of clinical settings, gaining valuable experience while developing your assessment, treatment and clinical decision-making skills.
Working alongside Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses and Rehabilitation Support Workers, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You'll support patients to achieve meaningful goals, helping them remain independent and receive care in the most appropriate setting.
We welcome applications from both experienced Band 5 Physiotherapists and newly qualified Physiotherapists. If you're due to qualify, our preceptorship programme provides structured support and development throughout your first year in practice.
The service operates 7 days a week between 8am and 8pm, therefore weekend and bank holiday working will form part of the rota.
