The newly created position is that of an Organisation Design Manager. You would join our pioneering People Team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a flexible hybrid role, with the expectation of at least one day a week presence within our Support Services in Runcorn.
As the Organisation Design Manager, you will play an active role in building internal and external networks to positively impact future plans and business performance, ensuring all organisational design decisions made align to the organisation's objectives, values and mission statement.
As this is a new position, it offers the opportunity to use your specialist expertise to develop and mould the role in a way which will impact the wider organisation, bringing positive change with the support of the Specialist HR Lead.

Main Responsibility
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Working closely with stakeholders on all retenders and contract bids and providing healthy challenge to ensuring the workforce model is fit for purpose.
• Supporting Business Unit Leaders on developing and making proposals for organisational change projects, facilitating interventions that support change management and enable service cultural change.
• Producing monthly insight reports for key stakeholders on trends from insight gained and recommendations for change.
• Using organisational people and performance data to identify areas for improvement, and support colleagues in operations to develop plans to tackle any issues highlighted.
• Develop and deploy organisational design and workforce planning toolkits and policies

The Ideal Candidate
You will have a proven track record of working within Organisational Design, along with experience of TUPE and service / role design and knowledge of policy development.
Your organisational knowledge will be demonstrated by a CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
You will also be self-motivated, with excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, whilst demonstrating your ability to be innovative and think on your feet.
