Job Introduction
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our Group Marketing team in delivering engaging, high-quality communications across the organisation.
This is a flexible role (15 hours per week across five days) designed to fit around your schedule while still being a valued and integral member of the team. The majority of work can be completed remotely and asynchronously, with occasional availability required during core hours for collaboration.
You will play a key role in keeping our marketing activity running smoothly - coordinating projects, managing information, supporting social media content and ensuring the team’s plans, suppliers and communications stay on track.

Job Responsibilities
In this varied role, you will act as a central coordination point for the Marketing function, helping the team operate efficiently and deliver its objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to the Marketing team
Manage schedules, meetings, webinars and shared inboxes
Support social media activity by drafting and scheduling posts
Raise purchase orders, track invoices and liaise with suppliers and agencies
Prepare basic reports and maintain marketing documentation and templates
Order and track branded merchandise and print materials
Ensure marketing assets are stored correctly for compliance and audit
Conduct research and gather information from across the business
You will help keep marketing projects organised, visible and progressing, allowing the wider team to focus on delivering impactful campaigns.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone organised, reliable and comfortable working independently in a flexible remote environment.
You will be someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, communicating clearly and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
Clear, confident written communication and attention to detail
Experience managing inboxes, schedules or coordinating tasks
Confidence using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
Familiarity with suppliers, agencies, social content tools or marketing environments (helpful but not essential)
