Learning and Development Lead

Job Introduction

As a Learning and Development Lead at HCRG Care Group, your role will be to design, deliver, evaluate, and create the educational offering for the Leadership and Non-Clinical Training Team within The Learning Enterprise (TLE).

You will be responsible for building relationships and consulting with internal and external stakeholders and clients, establishing development opportunities which meet identified learning and development needs.

This role is a full time, permanent role working in a hybrid role between our head office in Runcorn, Cheshire and wherever you work best (with occasional travel as and when required).

Main Responsibility

This post will design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning programmes across a range of non-clinical, digital and leadership and management areas, designed to maximise the use of digital tools ensuring flexibility and accessibility for learners and clients.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Designing, delivering, and evaluating bespoke  learning and development interventions for stakeholders covering non-clinical, digital, and leadership and management subject areas.
  • Engages and manages stakeholders to support development strategies, aligning to organisational as well as the leadership and talent strategies.
  • Develops training using digital tools and interventions including virtual learing and eLearning development.
  • Facilitates learning through questioning, challenging and presenting key models, skills and outcomes with skill, professionalism and courage.

The Ideal Candidate

We are on the lookout for:

  • An expert designer, developer, facilitator and deliverer of learning inclduing face to face workshops, digital, virtual and eLearing and blended learning.
  • Someone with high levels of digital competence and confidence and ability to explore new learning technologies as well as advanced skills in using Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Someone who can facilitate learning through questioning, challenging and presenting key models, skills and outcomes with skill, professionalism and courage.
