  • Maintain up-to-date KPIs, risks, and IG activity records.
  • Work closely with Business Units to identify upcoming projects requiring IG involvement.
  • Support Data Protection Impact Assessments, ROPAs, due diligence checks, privacy notices and other core IG processes.
  • Assist with service mobilisations and exits to ensure IG compliance throughout.
  • Deliver IG and data protection training to support staff understanding and maintain a 95% compliance target.
  • Attend internal and external meetings to maintain strong working relationships.
  • Keep up to date with emerging legislation, guidance and policy relating to IG.
  • Review and update national IG policies.
  • Monitor IG compliance through audits and provide improvement recommendations.
  • Support the review of Information Assets and ensure ROPA and asset records are kept current.
