Job Introduction
We have several posts for Immunisation Support Workers across Devon. We have bases in Exeter, Barnstaple, Totnes and Plymouth and are looking for Immunisation Support Workers to join our Teams on a substantive basis. The post holders will work alongside substantive and bank colleagues, and will be based at one of the locations but will require wider travel across the locality.
Main Responsibility
As an Immunisation Support Worker at HCRG Care Group Wiltshire, your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the delivery of the Immunisations to young people.
- Provide administrative support and data entry into Clinical Systems..
- Work collaboratively to achieve team goals.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent skills & experience
- Experience of working with children/young people
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive & friendly approach.
