Job Introduction

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will join our valued Gravesham Central Community Team based at Gravesham Community Hospital. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver care where it matters most, in people’s homes and local clinics, helping individuals stay independent and supported within their own communities.
