Working within a secure environment, you will support the delivery of high-quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include preparing clinical areas, supporting patients attending clinics, assisting with healthcare activities, and helping to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.

Shift Pattern
Enjoy a rota that offers both variety and flexibility, helping you achieve a healthy work-life balance while benefiting from enhanced rates of pay.
You will work 11.75-hour shifts (10.75 paid hours plus a 1-hour unpaid break) on a rotating rota across the week. The role includes night shifts and alternate weekends, with generous enhancements for nights and weekends that can significantly increase your overall earnings.
Day shifts typically run between 7:00am and 6:45pm, and full-time hours are generally worked on a pattern of three shifts one week and four shifts the next, providing regular days off throughout the month.

Main Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective and compassionate care in line with agreed clinical standards.
- Participate in assessing patient needs and support the delivery of holistic care programmes.
- Assist with medicines management tasks following appropriate training, including safe storage, ordering, transporting and supervised administration of medication.
- Support clinics by preparing clinical spaces, assisting senior staff, and ensuring smooth patient flow.
- Undertake delegated clinical interventions and maintain accurate, contemporaneous patient records.
- Promote patient health, wellbeing, privacy and dignity at all times.
- Work closely with senior team members to manage your workload and respond to changing clinical priorities.
- Support clerical and administrative duties to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collaborate with other professionals, internal teams and external agencies involved in patient care.
