Job Introduction

As a Twilight Health Care Assistant you’ll join a team who are focused on providing the best possible care to our patients and service users in their own homes during the out-of-hours period. The shift is from 6pm until 10.30pm and you will be working in pairs with a colleague.   

Main Responsibility

Your days will be flexible and we have vacancies from one evening per week up till 3 shifts a week. Our teams are based in Keynsham and in Bath.

You need to have a valid driving license and access to a vehicle. You are a team player and have excellent communication skills. Your clinical skills include observations, urinary catheter care, wound care and end of life care.  

The Ideal Candidate

You will have experience from the community setting and have a NVQ qualification in Health and Social care. 

You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
