Estates Project Coordinator – BSW Community Services
30 hours per week
Location: Hybrid, base to be confirmed at offer, you will be required to travel to all HCRG Care Group bases within BSW to fulfil the role
We’re seeking a proactive Estates Project Coordinator to support our Head of Estates in delivering a wide range of estates and property improvement projects across the BSW region. In this varied role, you’ll help drive space optimisation, estate redevelopment, sustainability initiatives and service transformation, working closely with colleagues, landlords, NHS Property Services and other key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating major and minor works with NHS Property Services, ensuring projects are well-planned and minimise disruption to patients and staff.
Supporting delivery of the BSW Transformation and Estates Strategy, guiding local teams through space changes, relocations and mobilisation activities.
Contributing to sustainability and Green Plan objectives through effective engagement with landlords and partners.
Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.
Providing flexible support across the estates team, including deputising when required.
