As a Band 5 Community nurse you will work with the team and their 7 day service working within 8am-8pm. Shifts are as follows: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 12pm-8pm

You will be provided with the latest equipment to allow you to provide the clinical standards of the highest quality. We also continue to thrive in our environment to excel in the CQC domains.

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for Band 5 Nurses with an RGN qualification and license to practice, to join our community nursing team. 

You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
