Support the digital backbone of health care by joining HCRG Care Group as a Clinical Systems eLearning Developer and help ensure the smooth operation of our vital clinical technologies.

This role plays a key part in designing, developing, and enhancing engaging digital and blended learning experiences that align with organisational goals and meet the needs of diverse learners across the business. The role will work alongside the Clinical Systems Training Lead and subject matter experts (SMEs) to build high-quality eLearning content that supports business and learner needs.

This is a 12 month fixed term role.

This role is predominantly remote working which offers greater flexibility and improves work-life balance, something that we are passionate about as an organisation.

As a Clinical Systems eLearning Developer, you’ll be part of our valued team at HCRG Care Group.
