As a Business Unit Head, you will be a critical senior leader within HCRG Care Group working in collaboration with the service managers and clinical leadership team in your business unit to achieve the best possible level of patient care.
Your effective leadership of the business unit will be pivotal in delivering our corporate strategy. You’ll be at the forefront of driving innovation and transformation to continue our growth and optimisation of our diverse services across Surrey and Luton.

Main Responsibility
As a Business Unit Head you will be supported and well-equipped to lead and develop our Surrey Adult Community services and our Luton service.
Your responsivities will include:
- Ensure financial, commercial, clinical, and operational excellence throughout all commissioned services
- Develop regional and national growth plans by operationalising strategically aligned goals and objectives designed to grow and retain both existing and new product portfolios
- Deliver measurable improvement in people and service business performances to ensure that all key objectives for the people we serve are exceeded or met
The Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience of leading high performing operational teams.
- Have contributed and supported wider corporate projects and improvements and have experience setting the overall strategic direction and culture of the division.
- Be a credible leader who can build enduring relationships, influencing diverse stakeholders in complex environments and can develop innovative solutions to deliver on our commitment to our communities.
We are looking to have conversations with either registered professionals or senior leaders across a range of healthcare services, from dentistry, Nursing, allied health professionals, professionals from a primary or secondary care setting. The key transferable and what we are looking for is the level of clinical and commercial excellence that you can bring to our service.
Package Description
