We have new exciting opportunities for qualified Midwives to join our pool of bank staff to work in the 0-19 service across Lancashire.
You’ll be joining our Healthy Young Person and Family Service in Lancashire, who are focused on making an impact on the development and wellbeing of children in the local community. You will have lots of opportunities for professional growth and development and are encouraged to generate new ideas that improve care for our service users.
Main Responsibility
As a bank midwife your days will be varied & rewarding. You will be supporting the Health Visitors in delivering aspects of the healthy child programme, the ante natal contacts, the 6-8 week checks and the Infant feeding support as delegated by the Health Visitor.
The Ideal Candidate
If you are a qualified midwives we’d love to talk to you about having you join the team.
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
