Band 5 Community Nurse - Recruitment Open Day

Main Responsibility

This is an opportunity to put your NMC/ 1^st level registration to great use, you will have the ability to work both independently and also as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. It is expected that you should have strong communication and organisation skills and a flexible approach which will ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey. 

We have built organisation-wide committees in many specialist fields. You’ll have the option to join your clinical specialism, networking with professionals from across the country. We get together regularly, auditing and sharing standard methodology for innovation and service re-design. You will be a part of quality improvements, research and development activity. Here we recognise and celebrate clinical excellence and dedication.

•    Emergency Care Practitioner/ Advanced Nurse Practitioner- Prescriber qualified

The Ideal Candidate

You will have a NMC/1st level registration and a full UK drving licence with access to a vehicle. 

On the day we will have recruitment advisors hiring managers, and colleagues from each banding range. You will be able to discuss with colleagues how they have progressed through the bands and how we have been able to support with professional development. As we will have recruitment advisors available on the day we can talk you through interviewing techniques and support you with the writing of your CV and how to best display your skillset. If you have your CV please bring this long, we can even offer interviews on the day with our hiring managers!
