As a Bank Administrator, you will be based joining a team who are focused on delivering impeccable administration duties to our staff and service users to really make our service users and staff feel the difference. 

We have opportunitie at St Martin's Hospital, Poulton Hospital or at our community hubs so you can choose a location that is close to you. 

Working as a Bank Administrator will allow you to work hours that fit around your lifestyle, along with being able to make shifts or Day Off requests prior to the creation of a roster up to six weeks in advance to allow personal commitments to be met.

Main Responsibility

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work as part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team to deliver successful patient outcomes and support patient flow.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service; prioritising their workload at all times, managing unpredictable situations using reason, intellect and professional questioning.
  • Be able to relate to service users and their families in stressful or difficult times and always communicate in a professional manner

The Ideal Candidate

You will have excellent communication skills, be able to deliver a hig level of customer service and work effectively in a fast paced environment.  

You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and SystmOne is the patients system we use.
