Job Introduction

We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist to join our exciting Integrated Care Team in Camberley. You will gain experience in treating a variety of acute and long-term conditions using a holistic multi-disciplinary approach alongside members of the wider Integrated Care Team. You will also gain experience in supervising Junior HPC registered staff, support staff and students. 

If you are a band 5 Physiotherapist we can support you to reach the band 6 level by providing courses in leadership and management allowing you to reach that next level within your career.

Main Responsibility

Within this role, you will:  

  • Deal with triage of patient referrals  
  • Complete holistic initial assessments with patients 
  • Liaise with family members/relatives and carers  
  • Devise and reviewing care plans  
  • Complete follow up visits with patients 
  • Attend and participating in team meetings and in service training 
  • Lead and assisting with strength and balance classes 
  • Support Junior staff with supervision and mentoring.

The Ideal Candidate

This is an opportunity to put your degree in Physiotherapy to great use. You will have a full driving license with access to a car, you will be motivating, innovative and adaptable, with the ability to work flexibly across specialities as need arises, holding the HCPC (Physiotherapist) registration. With strong communication and organisation skills, and a flexible approach you will ensure delivery of positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey. 

You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and EMIS.
