Main Responsibility

As a Learning Environment Lead / Clinical Trainer within The Learning Enterprise, the educational and training arm of HCRG Care Group and have recently been awarded Outstanding by Ofsted. You’ll join a team who are focused on developing the up-and-coming workforce through student placement and embracing the changing face of education in the health and social care sector, being a major influence in supporting the development of virtual placements and virtual classrooms.

Your days will be varied, busy and rewarding and include working with clinical services managers to increase student capacity, ensure continuous professional development for colleagues and support compliance of quality and safety training.

 You will be based primarily at home but will be required to travel throughout Essex covering the location of clinical services.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have a first-level degree and relevant professional qualification in Education, Health or Social Care.  A recognised teaching qualification or equivalent experience e.g., training certificate, mentorship qualification.  PG certification in education is an advantage.

This post will develop your skills in delivering work-based clinical training and will influence how local care services are delivered. 

You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
