We are looking for Statutory and Mandatory Trainer (e.g., BLS, Conflict Resolution, Patient Moving and Handling) and Clinical Trainers (e.g., wound care, mental health awareness etc.)  to join our organisation which is focused on professional growth and development, whilst ensuring you feel valued each and every day.

As a bank Statutory and Mandatory / Clinical Trainer within The Learning Enterprise, the education and training arm of HCRG Care Group, you’ll join a team who are focused on delivering evidence–based education through training, coaching and mentoring to really make difference to our colleagues and service users.

Main Responsibility

Your days will be varied and rewarding and include delivering quality and safety training to services in England (South West, North West, East of England, Surrey, Kent, Somerset, Devon, Wiltshire) in specialist subjects such as Basic Life Support, with the opportunity to add other subjects depending on experience and willingness to learn new topics.

You will be home based primarily but will be required to travel within a region to deliver face to face training. This is a bank role to support the flexible approach to work life / home life balance.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have experience in delivering training or mentoring and a passion to teach. This position would suit a person from diverse backgrounds including Paramedic, Nurse, Fire or Police Service who have working knowledge of statutory and mandatory training. This may suit individuals who are setting out on a second career, retire and return, or would like to support our NHS frontline colleagues with training compliance to ensure patients stay safe. Full induction programme and support will be given to the ideal candidate.

You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel.
